Milky Bread Pudding
- 1 banana lacatan, cubed
- 1 cup ripe mango, chopped
- 1 cup seeded watermelon, chopped
- 1 cup BEAR BRAND® Fortified Powdered Milk Drink
- 1 1⁄2 liter pandan water
- 1 cup crushed ice
1. Pre-heat ang oven to 350 degrees celsius.
2. Haluin nang maigi ang BEAR BRAND® Fortified Choco Milk Drink, beaten egg at sugar.
3. Ihalo ang shredded bread at walnuts. Ilipat sa isang maliit na loaf pan. Brush the top with egg wash.
4. I-bake sa oven nang 30 minuto. Palamigin ng kaunti bago hiwain.
